Marvellous Mixed Doubles 2024!

Congratulations to the winners of the 2024 LCTC Mixed Doubles Tournament, Jim and Miwa, and thanks to everyone who took part in a great day of tennis on Sunday 9 June.

Round robin and semi finals

We played a round robin in 2 groups of 5 pairs first, followed by one set semi-finals between the winners of each group and the 2nd placed couple in the other group.

Lunch

We all enjoyed a delicious lunch: many thanks to Kumi and Paul who organised that and the tournament.

Finals

Jim and Miwa beat Paul and Beth 6-3 6-1. A great effort after a busy morning's play too!
